PortWood People Solutions was founded by two experienced human resources leaders who share a passion for helping small businesses build strong, healthy workplaces.

Together, they bring more than 30 years of combined experience across human resources strategy, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, organizational development, and leadership support. Throughout their careers, they have partnered with organizations of all sizes, helping leaders navigate the complexities of managing people while building cultures where employees can thrive.

After years of working inside growing organizations, they recognized a common challenge: many small businesses need expert HR support but don’t have the size or resources to hire a full-time HR professional. PortWood People Solutions was created to bridge that gap.
